Convergence Acquires Legislative Solutions

Convergence is pleased to announce the acquisition of Legislative Solutions, LLC, the Alexandria, Virginia based federal and state legislative and regulatory tracking service serving the needs of businesses and associations.

Convergence President and CEO, Peter Vroom, described the acquisition as “a perfect fit for Convergence and its Advocacy Edge mobile application — used by leading Capitol Hill lobbying groups to manage their legislative lobbying and event management.
